QUALITY CONTROL RETURNED GOODS CHALLENGE
Inditex’s online sales have increased significantly over the last 10 years and now represent 26% of its total sales. While this is a great achievement, it also entails significant challenges, such as quality control of online product returns.
We are looking for innovative solutions, such as AI and Computer Vision, that streamline the quality control process to differenciate the quality compliant returns from those that aren’t and present any defect. If your proposal is selected, you will have the opportunity to implement a pilot project with a budget of up to €200,000.
Why Should You Participate in the Challenge?
PILOT WITH A BUDGET OF UP TO €200,000
If your proposal is selected, you will get access to a budget of up to €200,000 to develop and validate your solution in a real-world environment. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to logistics innovation alongside one of the leading players in the fashion retail industry.
CHALLENGE
WHAT DO WE WANT TO SOLVE?

The goal is to develop highly reliable, agile, and scalable technology and processes that allow Inditex to maximize the value of returned inventory, improve the speed of circularity, and at the same time, ensure that each product is managed carefully and appropriately in the most sustainable and efficient way possible.
