Our goal is to automate the current truck loading process of palletized loads, increasing the efficiency of the process. We are looking for scalable and creative solutions that reduce loading times, minimize the effort required and optimize the process as much as possible to make it more efficient.
AUTOMATIC TRUCK LOADING CHALLENGE
Truck loading is a key logistics process carried out very frequently and has a high impact on the supply chain. Optimizing it to the extreme, while maximizing truck occupancy, is essential for achieving more agile, effective, and efficient operations.
If your proposal is selected, you will have the opportunity to implement a pilot project with a budget of up to €300,000.

Proposal Submission and Deadline
In March 2026 we will begin receiving innovative proposals. This is your opportunity to present creative solutions, with the submission deadline set for June 8th, 2026.

Demo Day
On June 16th, there will be an event in which you’ll have the opportunity to present your solution to the Inditex Team.

Selection of Finalists
On June 30th, we will select the most promising solutions.
JULY
POC Awarding and Agreements
In July 2026 we will announce the finalists for the implementation of the POC, and agreements will be negotiated.
