FLAT GARMENT SORTER BOXING CHALLENGE
Flat Garment (FG) sorting at Inditex’s Distribution Centers (DCs) form the backbone of the annual distribution of millions of FG items across its global retail network. However, as operations continue to grow, these time-intensive processes present an increasing logistical challenge.
We are seeking innovative solutions to further automate and optimize the sortation and boxing of FG. If your proposal is selected, you will have the opportunity to implement a pilot with a budget of up to 1 million euros.
Why Should You Participate in the Challenge?
PILOT WITH A BUDGET OF UP TO €1M
If your proposal is selected, you will get access to a budget of up to €1 million to develop and validate your solution in a real-world environment. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to logistics innovation alongside one of the leading players in the fashion retail industry.
CHALLENGE
WHAT DO WE WANT TO SOLVE??
Our goal is to further automate the sorting and packing process of FG, as well as to define the solutions and systems that may be needed for this automation.
Likewise, new proposals applicable to future systems that may be implemented will also be valued.
We are looking for comprehensive and scalable solutions that enable the optimization of this process.
