HANGING GARMENT TRUCK UNLOADING CHALLENGE
Every year millions of hanging garments are unloaded in multiple distribution centers of the Inditex Group. This process, which is mostly manual, requires a more efficient, more economical and ergonomically simple mechanical solution.
We are seeking for innovative solutions to further automate and optimize the unloading of hanging garment (GOH) trucks. If your proposal is selected, you will have the opportunity to implement a pilot with a budget of up to 1 million euros.

Our goal is to automate the unloading process of GOH trucks. We are looking for scalable solutions that reduce unloading times and minimize the manual effort currently required for this process.

APRIL
Proposal Submission and Deadline
In April 2025 we will begin receiving innovative proposals. This is your opportunity to present creative solutions, with the submission deadline set for June 30th, 2025.
SEPTEMBER
Selection of Finalists
In September 2025 we will select the most promising solutions. Make sure your proposal stands out.
OCTOBER - NOVEMBER
POC Awarding and Agreements
Between October and November 2025 we will announce the finalists for the implementation of the POC, and agreements will be negotiated.
DECEMBER
POC Development
In December 2025 we will begin developing prototypes and implementing them in test environments (FAT test) to validate the solutions prior to their deployment in real-world environments (SAT test). The ultimate goal is to scale the solution effectively.
